The Party claimed, of course, to have
liberated the proles from bondage. . . . In reality very
little was known about the proles. It was not necessary to
know much. So long as they continued to work and breed,
their other activities were without importance. Left to
themselves, like cattle turned loose upon the plains of
Argentina, they had reverted to a style of life that
appeared to be natural to them, a sort of ancestral
pattern. They were born, they grew up in the gutters, they
went to work at twelve, they passed through a brief
blossoming period of beauty and sexual desire, they married
at twenty, they were middle-aged at thirty, they died, for
the most part, at sixty. Heavy physical work, the care of
home and children, petty quarrels with neighbors, films,
football, beer, and, above all, gambling filled up the
horizon of their minds. To keep them in control was not
difficult.

_____________________________
Within every society, be it animal or human there lies within a few
a spirit of awareness, a higher intuitive sense that something is not
right, that danger approaches. A research study found out
that in herds of wild animals, only a 1-2 members of each herd, seemed
to be equipped to recognize threats to the group at large. It's like
these particular animals possess an extra 'sense' about predators. It
is these animals while grazing among the herd that will suddenly
rear their heads up, locate the threat, and give out the initial
warning. Meanwhile, there are a few more herd members somehow equipped
to pay attention to this, and they pass on the info to the rest of the
herd. It follows that certain humans are similarly equipped. There are
those who sound out the initial alert, and others heed this call and
alert others as best we can, warning the rest of our 'herd'.
Unfortunately, humans have been conditioned to not respond to these
sorts of threats.
While it's difficult to understand why they remain
so skeptical, we can only surmise that the media have done an excellent
job of brain washing the public at large. It's called "Long range
penetration strain." A process which was developed by the Tavistock
Institute of Human Relations along with Stanford Research and Rand
Corporation with the help of over 150 other research institutions. The
"art" or "process" is in effect the method
of "over stimulation" "over-exposure"
and the feeling of being "overwhelmed" by the reality we face everyday. A state of being that
leads to a three step process. The first being "superficiality", the
second in "fragmentation" and the third leading to the desired effect
of a completely burned out, "maladaptive" behaviors where follows
"disassociation." The "long range penetration" causing the
"fragmentation-maladaptation" process where your mind over the course
of this strain slips into a state of apathy and depression.
Social science engineers realized that just as
an electrical circuit will overload activating a trip switch, so also
will the human mind which will seek to "trip out" in order to "cope,"
with the unrelenting pressures. This is the root cause of escapism
through the use of
drugs, porn, tonal art (music), movies, and the recent meteoric rise of depression drugs such as
'Zoloft' and 'Paxil.' These scientists have even developed
fragmentation-inducing language. A language that has been incorporated
into the 12-atonal system of music of heavy repetitive sounds which
date back to the cult of Dionysus and the priesthood of Baal.
These methods are used to
annihilate reality, to continually shock the human brain and
saturate it with such a violent speed of infotainment that you
cannot absorb it. The consequences of which lead to a point where you
don't want to make choices anymore, you become apathetic to your
surroundings, whether they be environmental, political, social or
religious. You have checked out, and are now easy to control and
manipulate through manufactured consent through
television and other media. We
live in a virtual electronic media tsunami from the moment we wake
till we go to sleep at night.
YOU may be one of those people. You find yourself working all day
to just want to come home and be comfortable. You make a nice
living, live in a nice home where you come home nightly and turn on
your TV and stay comfortably sedated. I say sedated because it has
been proven that within 30 seconds anyone watching TV goes into an
alpha state or comma like state. Your brain is being bombarded with
images and sound digitally enhanced with technology you are not even
aware to keep you from hearing the distress signal of others. Your
tuned out and turned off and have successfully been socially
engineered.

Researchers have discovered that approximately 13%
of the population understand the process of 'reasoning' an problem
solving through observation. The other 87% simply want to give their
"opinion" on the matter, however ill-informed they may be. This was
first observed during WWI when it was realized that by keeping
the masses distracted while disseminating their own propaganda, the
vast majority believed what they were hearing was fact. In 1917 just
prior to the United States entering the war, 94% of the British
working class had no idea what they were fighting for. Not ironically,
when President Bush went to war with Iraq, violating the constitution,
87% of Americans were for the war.
This power of manipulation is called the 'power of public
Opinion.' An excerpt form Walter Lippman, a father of propaganda, in
his book "Public Opinion", states,
"Public opinion deals with indirect, unseen and
puzzling facts, and there is nothing obvious about them. The
situations to which public opinion refers are known only as opinions,
pictures inside heads of human beings, pictures of themselves, of
others, of their needs, purposes and relationships, are their public
opinions. These pictures which are acted up upon by groups are PUBLIC
OPINION with capital letters. The picture inside the head often
misleads men in their dealings with the world outside their heads."
Lippman work closely in this research with Edward
Bernays who wrote two influential books in the field called,
"Crystallizing Public Opinion" and "Propaganda". In the latter we read
this telling passage,
"we are governed, our minds are moulded, our
tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard
of. What ever attitude one chooses to take toward this condition, it
remains a fact that in almost every act of our daily lives, whether in
the sphere of politics or business, our social conduct or our ethical
thinking, we are dominated by a relatively small number of persons, a
trifling fraction of our hundred and twenty million, who understand
the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who
pull the wires which control the public mind, and who harness old
social forces and contrive new ways to bind and guide the world."

Top Secret
Silent Weapons for a
Quiet War
An Introductory Programming Manual
Operations Research
Technical Manual
This publication marks the 25th anniversary of the Third World War,
called the "Quiet War," being conducted using subjective biological
warfare, fought with "silent weapons."
This book contains an introductory description of this war, its
strategies, and its weaponry.
May 1979 #74-1120
SECURITY
It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the
automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation
systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without
implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of
human life, i .e., slavery and genocide.
This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a
writing must be secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be
recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war.
Furthermore, whenever any person or group of persons in a position
of great power, and without the full knowledge and consent of the
public, uses such knowledge and methodology for economic conquest --
it must be understood that a state of domestic warfare exists
between said person or group of persons and the public.
The solution of today's problems requires an approach which is
ruthlessly candid, with no agonizing over religious, moral, or
cultural values.
DIVERSION, THE PRIMARY STRATEGY
Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent
weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public
undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one
hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with
matters of no real importance on the other hand.
This is achieved by:
(1) Disengaging their minds, sabotaging their mental activities, by
providing a low quality program of public education in mathematics,
logic, systems design, and economics, and by discouraging technical
creativity.
(2) Engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and
their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:
(a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and
emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence, and
wars in the media - especially the T.V. and the newspapers.
(b) giving them what they desire - in excess - "junk food for
thought" and depriving them of what they really need.
(3) Rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the
deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from
personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.
These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons
of social automation technology.
The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more
confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to
create problems and then offer the solutions.
DIVERSION SUMMARY
MEDIA: Keep the adult public attention diverted away from the
real social issues, and captivated by matters of no real importance.
SCHOOLS: Keep the young public ignorant of real mathematics,
real economics, real law, and real history.
ENTERTAINMENT: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth
grade level.
WORK: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to
think; back on the farm with the other animals.

Where did FOX TV
come from?
____________
The doors of
perception are held open or closed by those who hold the keys,
what we call the
press. 'For a long time, propagandists have recognized that lying must
be avoided,' wrote Jacques Ellul in his classic 1965 work,
Propaganda: The Formation of Men's Attitudes. For the masses to
believe it, 'propaganda must be based on some truth that can be said
in a few words and is able to linger in the collective
consciousness.'"
Another declaration of this truth comes from John Swinton, New
York Times editor
who in a speech before the New York Press Club in 1953 said,
“There is no such thing, at this date of the world’s
history, as an independent press. You know it and I know it.
“There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and
if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I
am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am
connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar
things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest
opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job.
“If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper,
before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone.
“The business of the journalist is to destroy the truth, to lie
outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to
sell the country for his daily bread.
“You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an
independent press.
“We are the tools and vassals of the rich men behind the scenes. We
are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our
talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other
men.
“We are intellectual prostitutes.”
— David Hume
in Of the First Principles of Government written in
1758 and quoted in Gore Vidal’s
The Decline and Fall of the American Empire says it all.
“Nothing appears more surprising to those who
consider human affairs with a philosophical eye than the easiness
with which the many are governed by the few, and the implicit
submission with which men resign their own sentiments and passions
to those of their rulers.
“When we inquire by what means this wonder is
effected, we shall find that, as force is always on the side of the
governed, the governors have nothing to support them but opinion. It
is, therefore, on opinion only that government is founded, and this
maxim extends to the most despotic and most military governments as
well as to the most free and most popular.”
As Morpheous tells Neo in the Movie the "Matrix",
YOU'RE LIVING IN A DREAM WORLD.
You are comfortable. "Don't bother me!" you say, as you have no
idea that multinational tyrannies have co-opted both parties for
greed, power and control. Your whole notion of social, economic, and
political reality IS A LIE!.
But your comfortable. "Don't bother me!"
Your idea of reading is the local newspaper or maybe "People"
Magazine. You have no idea of the mass manipulation for the control of
your mind. My friend, YOU are in the MATRIX!
“Most people prefer to believe their leaders are just
and fair even in the face of evidence to the contrary,
because once a citizen acknowledges that the
government under which they live is lying and corrupt, the
citizen has to choose what he or she will do
about it. To take action in the face of a corrupt government
entails risks of harm to life and loved ones. To
choose to do nothing is to surrender one’s self-image
of standing for principles. Most people do not have
the courage to face that choice.
“Hence, most propaganda is not designed to fool the
critical thinker but only to give moral cowards an
excuse not to think at all.”
— Michael Rivero
WhatReallyHappened.com
“Think of the press as a great keyboard on which
the government can play.”
— Joseph Goebbels
Nazi Propaganda Minister
In his book Behold a Pale Horse, William Cooper
powerfully explains that whether information is true or false or
whether you believe it or not makes absolutely no difference. If the
people with the power believe it, then you WILL BE AFFECTED by what
they decide to do. To deny this reality is a foolhardy abdication of
responsibility -- which YOU may appear to get away with, but from
which your children will not be spared.
as related by William Cooper, sometime after World War II the "elite"
became convinced (and they may be correct) that, the
overpopulation/pollution problems had upgraded from a mere nuisance to
a imminent calamity. As a result, there has been over the last three
or four decades a direct conspiracy to depopulate the so-called Third
World and to de-industrialize the Western World
The tools in
the arsenal of the "elite" have evolved right along with technology,
but their methods have not basically changed over the centuries.
Everything they do is based upon ruthless self-interest, unabashed
deception, and utter disdain for the lives and well-being of the rest
of the human family. To accurately comprehend the thought processes of
the "elite", it is necessary to grasp their view of "the rest of
humanity" as literally so much cattle. The masses are seen as
incapable of utilizing the truth even if they were given it, and fit
only to be manipulated to suit the fancy and pleasure of the "elite".
The sophisticated seem to like the term "social engineering". The
social engineering of the "elite" includes such devices as wars,
famines, the intentional spread of disease, virtually total control
and manipulation of ALL governments of the earth, the control of
information (education, publishing, entertainment, and news i.e., a
monopoly on brainwashing), and the complete infiltration and
compromising of the most socially and economically powerful
institutions, such as law, commerce and banking, medicine, and
religion. A careful study of public records reveals the not too
surprising fact that ownerships and board of directorships of the vast
majority of Corporate America are shared by a frightening and very
incestuous network of families, cronies, "brothers" of secret
societies, and people who are known to virtually own and control other
members of "the group". Remember, if you can control something, what
does it matter if someone else's name is on the ownership papers?
If you doubt what you are reading because you never heard about it in
school or on television, or because there isn't a book about it on the
"best-seller list", you need to carefully re-read the previous two
paragraphs. Then you need to search and study, as I have, to try to
prove this wrong -- only to find that it is, in fact, a reality. I am
fully aware how paranoid this sounds. Nonetheless, I firmly believe
that almost all public "reality" (that which comes from beyond your
immediate world of family, friends, and neightbors) is permeated with
dishonesty and driven by an agenda belonging to the "elite" and the
"would-be elite".
It cannot be overemphasized that virtually all sources of public
information (from school textbooks to the evening news) are owned or
controlled by the "elite". If you think you know what is going on
because you read "Newsweek", watch "60 Minutes", or "Larry King",
think again. So you have an advanced degree in economics, law, or
political science? Sorry. You're all the worse off. Who do you think
largely controlled the writing and, more importantly, the selection of
your textbooks? Your brainwashing has simply been more lengthy and
more sophisticated. In addition, you now have a massive ego problem
which combines the arrogance of the "educated" with the
insufferability of appearing to be just as duped as the "common man".
The "informing" and "educating" of the masses has purposely created
within us an attention span which exceeds the thirty second "sound bite"
only with the greatest of difficulty. While it may be merely a reality
of the Age of Specialization, think about the significance of the
following: SOMEONE ELSE prepares, packages, and delivers to us the
house we live in, the car we drive, the clothes we wear, the food we
eat, the music we listen to, the entertainment we watch, and the
information to which we react or not. With the exception of our "job",
virtually our entire reality is prepared, packaged and delivered to us
FOR OUR CONSUMPTION. We do not truly create or even participate in the
bulk of what we consider our reality. Further, we have virtually no
way to even verify reality except through the avenues provided us by
the very people who created, packaged and delivered it to us in the
first place.
"News"
is all an elaborately orchestrated play
The
American economic engine of the past two hundred years, combined with
the Rip Van Winkle act of the American soul and the brilliantly evil
conspiracy of the "elite", has turned us into a nation of mercenary
whores whose labors have supported unspeakable evil and whose price
has been and continues to be pleasure and material prosperity. God
help us! We are ripe for destruction!
h) Has
it ever occurred to you to question why the three major news networks
all report virtually the same stories AND point of view night after
night after night? Is your intellect flattered by the "expanded"
reports of those VERY SAME STORIES on public television? Did you
wonder why ONLY CNN was allowed to "report" on the Persian Gulf war?
Have you never wondered why you are treated to such a steady diet of
news about murder, rape, plane crashes, and other negativity which YOU
can do nothing about? The news, friends, is worse than a lie. It is a
calculated mixture of facts, lies, and distortions, creating a
hypnotic fantasy which controls the masses as surely as if they had
electrodes planted in their brains. The media lulls us to sleep or
jolts us into carefully aimed paths of action, ACCORDING TO THE AGENDA
OF THE "ELITE". I'm sorry. You may scoff at the idea. You may dismiss
the idea. Nonetheless, unless you are soul-dead, I would bet that,
deep in your heart, you are terrified that it may be true. You will
never know for sure, however, unless you sincerely investigate the
path illuminated for you.
